Introducing Roianne Nedd – Coach, Author, Speaker, Diversity and Inclusion Innovator and Amplifier of Women’s Voices (especially Women of Colour). With a head full of ideas and a heart full of compassion she combines her personal and professional passions to create “Brand Roianne.”
Passionate about change and about helping those around her Roianne has dedicated much of her career to leadership roles, as well as running her own Diversity and Inclusion consultancy she delivers coaching services both commercially and pro-bono. Her work experience spans the public and private sector in the UK as well as projects both commercial and voluntary in the Caribbean.
With this eclectic range of skills, Roianne has built a coaching practice that enables her to work with a wide range of clients on varied topics both professional and personal. She also works with other coaches and runs programmes and events to help people apply continuous learning and action learning to their development journey. She is driven by a strong sense of purpose and uses her coaching service to help other people to find their purpose and unlock their passion.
Dedicated to amplifying the voices of others, Roianne has written and published ten books including self-help workbook “The Cracked Cocoon” which helps you to coach yourself through a life change and her second self-help workbook “The Cracked Cocoon Principles” which focuses on finding your purpose and living your fullest life. As Roianne says, “I was born to live, not to exist…. And so were you.”
Her latest book, The Trusted Black Girl personifies her commitment to amplifying the voices of women by exploring the experiences of Black women in the UK workplace and providing practical inclusive leadership tips to unlock the potential of this group.
